Where it all began more than 12 years ago, The Twenty One Restaurant & Bar reflects the passion of friends—Alex and Philip Varveris, Gregory and Marianna Psaltis—for design, art, exceptional food, and fine drinks.
Intimate yet cosmopolitan, it has become one of the most exclusive meeting points in the Northern Suburbs of Athens, the heart of the hotel from day to night. Whether inside in a refined setting or outdoors in the garden and terrace, Chef Nikos Dimitras’ plates—seasonal French and Mediterranean cuisine—pair perfectly with the lively atmosphere.
